The short version: this site collects only what you send me through the contact form or by email, uses it only to reply to you, and doesn’t track you.

When you use the contact form or email me: your name, email address and whatever you write in your message.
When you visit the site: the hosting provider automatically records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request — in server logs.
Nothing else is collected. The site is not aimed at children under 16.
To reply to your message and, if you’d like to work together, to prepare an offer — because you asked me to (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep the site secure and working — server logs help detect abuse and fix errors. This is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I don’t use your data for advertising, I don’t sell it, and I don’t make automated decisions about you.
A few services process data on my behalf, only so the site and email can work:
Website hosting — Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages)
Contact form delivery — Web3Forms
Email — Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail)
Where a provider is based outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Fonts are served from this website’s own server, so loading a page doesn’t send your data to a font provider.
This site uses no analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies. Your light/dark choice and the curiosity game aren’t stored anywhere.
The site links to my LinkedIn profile and to the websites of products I’ve worked on. Once you follow such a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Messages that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, I keep our correspondence for as long as the project needs it, and invoices and related records for as long as Croatian accounting and tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider.
Your data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is accessible only to me and the services listed above.
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Just email hello@curiospective.hr — I’ll reply within one month.
If you believe I’ve handled your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka) — azop.hr.
If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
